The Laureato takes up residence in the City of Light, Paris

On Wednesday June 21st and Thursday June 22nd, the Manufacture Girard-Perregaux invited the French press to a dinner at the prestigious Maison des Polytechniciens in Paris, as well as a breakfast in the private garden of an urban mansion.

An opportunity for Mr Antonio Calce, CEO Girard-Perregaux, to present the entire Laureato collection, with a special focus on the new Laureato Skeleton, as well as sharing his vision of the future.

Already well known and greatly admired by Parisian journalists, the Laureato collection reaffirmed the appeal of its octagonal shapes and its casual chic design in the course of two encounters. From the 34mm model to the Tourbillon, along with the 38mm and 42mm versions, the interpretations of the new Girard-Perregaux icon are now an integral part of the Girard-Perregaux family.

The Laureato Skeleton, an architectural show starring an openworked fine Watchmaking movement, magnificently demonstrates the horological expertise cultivated by the Manufacture, while subtly evoking the Eiffel Tower’s fascinating alternation between metal and transparency.
